A brand new attempt with Polaroid conversions.
With Lomography finally releasing the next generation of Instax Wide backs, it is with pleasure I can now offer InstaxLand v2 conversion of your Polaroid Land Cameras. Any 40-series rollfilm model will work, with the 110A, 110B, 120 being the most desirable.
Fuji has created its very own 800 speed, color, integral film called Instax. There are wide or mini formats and Fuji has made many cameras which can take these films. However, not a single one of these cameras will give you much, if any, control over your exposure, focus or depth of field. And do not even get me started on the lack of ability to use external flashes, filters or anything of that nature.
You are finally in luck if all those down sides about Instax Cameras has kept you from exploring this format. My conversions will allow you to use the Instax Wide film with a large format fast lens. Coupled with a focusing rangefinder and manual shutter controls with external flash support.
Similar in design and execution to my packfilm conversions these machines are built with attention to detail that would make you believe they came direct from the Polaroid (of Fuji) factory.
Requires 4xAA batteries to operate. When you want to eject and develop your film simply turn it on and press eject.
SHOOTS 100% FULL FRAME with accurate re-calibrated rangefinder.
All models include the following:
- Instax Wide Lomograflok back
- Camera front latch removed, covered in metal plate and original leather to look seamless.
- Back is permanently attached using screws.
